Runway is a privately owned business formed by Rowan Kelly and Nicole Godfrey in 1997. Runway is debt-free and cash flow positive. Rowan and Nicole are hands-on in developing the platform and the teams that service the home building and property development industry. Over the past 25 years, the Runway team has grown to more than 50 staff in Australia, India, and the USA. Runway has driven many innovations in the home development industry, including Home and Land packaging, Lotfit, Digitplat, Homebuyer, and more recently, Takedown and the Runway Metaverse.
