Runway is expanding. Today we're introducing Runway Hub, a new marketplace of focused, AI-native property apps, built by the Runway team and the community around it.
Here's the idea. For years, getting the right property software has often meant committing to a whole platform to get the tools you need. Runway Hub offers another way: subscribe to the individual app that does the job in front of you, properly, without the platform commitment. Each app is AI-native and built to do one property job well. Use what you need, add more as you grow.
Runway Hub apps run on the same enterprise-grade Runway platform that already powers residential developers and home builders across Australia and the United States, so they're secure by design and built to work with the systems you already run.
Runway Proptech isn't going anywhere. If you're a Runway Proptech customer, nothing changes for you. Runway Hub is a sibling, not a replacement: a new, lighter-commitment way to get Runway technology, one focused app at a time.
The first app is live: Runway Map Builder. It turns your plats and engineering plans into a living, interactive sales map in minutes, the centrepiece of how a community sells online. Lots, prices and plans stay current, buyers can explore the community and ask the built-in AI anything, and you configure the whole thing just by talking to it. Deploy it to your website, on top of the sales system you already run.
More apps are on the way, built by Runway staff, by clients with deep industry knowledge, and by external developers who know property.
