Runway Proptech, a leading innovator in the property development technology space, has claimed the 'Best Use of Technology' award at the prestigious McSAM Awards for the second year in a row. The ceremony, which took place on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at The Statler Dallas, celebrates the best in sales and marketing across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The event was attended by more than 700 professionals and more than 400 submissions were lodged across all categories this year.
Co-founders Rowan Kelly and Nicole Godfrey accepted the award, marking the second year in a row that Runway has received recognition at McSAMs. The award celebrates the company's innovative collaboration with the team from Fields, a premium master-planned community covering over 2,500 acres of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Over the past two years, Runway has worked hand-in-hand with the Fields team, delivering a comprehensive suite of solutions, including Inventory Management, Design Approval, Payment Gateway, City Approved plan submission ARC portal, Builder Portal, Package Creation and Interactive Mapping.
